PhD Candidate at the University of Warwick. Her research is funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and investigates predictive justice, i.e., the increasing use of actuarial tools in criminal justice systems to predict specific outcomes (e.g. recidivism risks). In the context of the project fAIces, she investigates the intersections of facial recognition technologies, risk, and governance. She has especial interest in exploring the intellectual synergy between fAIces and predictive justice, particularly in relation to shared ethical concerns raised by both face recognition and predictive technologies.
